Get ready to test your strength, endurance and resilience in the Functional Fitness where tactical grit meets athletic excellence. It is a high-intensity fitness competition that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Open to all competitors from seasoned athletes to those stepping into the arena for the first time- this event caters for all.

- Pairs Divisions – Monday 12/10/2026:
- Male Pairs – Open (all ages) – (Rookie, Intermediate & RX)
- Female Pairs – Open (all ages) – (Rookie, Intermediate & RX)
- Mixed Pairs – Open (all ages) – (Rookie, Intermediate & RX)
- Male Pairs – Masters 40+ (Masters) – (Rookie, Intermediate & RX)
- Female Pairs – Masters 40+ (Masters) – (Rookie, Intermediate & RX)
- Mixed Pairs – Masters 40+ (Masters) – (Rookie, Intermediate & RX)
Competition Structure:
- The Divisions will include Rookie, Intermediate & RX options to provide a good level of competition in both Divisions. See below for Movement Standards.
Check in: No later than 30mins prior to the start of the event.
Toilets: Yes.
Change Rooms: Yes.
First Aid: First Aid officers will be on site during the event.
Food/Beverage: Food trucks and onsite café will be operating during the event for food and beverages.
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Free vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required.
