- 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ (all age categories will be separated into 5 year increments and continue past 70+ if required)

Check in: No later than 30mins prior to the start of the event.

Change Rooms: Yes.
First Aid: Basic first aid available, please see your sports coordinator if required.
Food/Beverage: There is an onsite food court in the university grounds.
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Paid carparking is available at the G:Link station carpark for the GC University Hospital stop. There is strictly no parking on the university grounds.
