Join us for a high-energy day of surf lifesaving action as athletes go head-to-head in a series of iconic events that test speed, strength, agility, and beach skills. From the explosive starts and quick reflexes of Beach Flags to the speed and endurance of Beach Sprints, this event showcases the excitement, athleticism, and competitive spirit that are at the heart of surf lifesaving. Come along and experience a celebration of fitness, teamwork, and our proud coastal culture.

Competition Categories:
- Individual Male and Female in the below categories:
- Open,18 -29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ (all age categories will be separated into 5 year increments and continue past 70+ if required)
Competition Structure:
- Beach Flags- Standard SLSA competition run in gender and age groups.
- Beach Sprints
Check in: No later than 60mins prior to the start of the event.
Toilets: Yes.
Change Rooms: Available at the Surf Club.
First Aid: Basic first aid available, please see your sports coordinator if required.
Food/Beverage: Local restaurants and cafés are available to purchase food and beverages.
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required.
