Join us for a high-energy day of surf lifesaving action as athletes go head-to-head in a series of iconic events that test speed, strength, and surf skills. From the explosive sprints of Beach Flags to the endurance and technique of the Surf Ski and Paddle Back races, this is a celebration of fitness, teamwork, and coastal spirit.

Competition Categories:
- Individual Male and Female in the below categories:
- Open, 35+ and 50+
Competition Structure:
- Beach Flags- Standard SLSA competition run in gender and age groups.
- Surf Ski (short)- Round robin- 3 races each person depending on numbers having an A, B and C final.
- Paddle Back Surf Ski (12kms)- Single race in age categories.
Check in: No later than 60mins prior to the start of the event.
Toilets: Yes.
Change Rooms: Available at the Surf Club.
First Aid: Basic first aid available, please see your sports coordinator if required.
Food/Beverage: Local restaurants and cafés are available to purchase food and beverages.
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required.
