Join us for a stunning 5km or 10km run, or a 5km walk, that kicks off at the iconic Kurrawa Park in Broadbeach and follows the scenic coastal footpath north along the Gold Coast’s world-famous beaches. With the Pacific Ocean as your backdrop, you will run or walk alongside rolling waves, golden sand, and endless blue sky from start to finish. This beautiful course starts and finishes just north of Kurrawa Surf Club, with a flat out and back for both the 5km and 10km events.
Please note: The 5km walk is a timed event and medals will be awarded, but it is not judged according to race walking rules. (No running allowed)

- Individual Males and Females in the following age groups:
- 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (all age categories will be separated into 5 year increments and continue past 70+ if required)
Competition Structure:
- Start times:
- 10km – 6am
- 5km – 6.10am
- 5km walk – 6.40am
Check in: No later than 30mins prior to the start of the event.
Toilets: Yes.
Change Rooms: No.
First Aid: Basic first aid available, please advise the sport coordinator if required.
Food/Beverage: Hydration stations will be available along the course. Local restaurants and cafés are available to purchase food and beverages.
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Street parking is available at the venue, however it will be limited.
