Competition Categories:
- Men – <80kg, <90kg, <105kg and open.
- Women – <62.5kg, <72.5kg, <82.5kg and open.
Competitor Structure:
- This competition will be conducted under the Powerlifting Australia rules. It will be run as a normal PA event with results being official.
- 3 attempts at each lift to build the biggest total lifted per weight class.
- You can select to do all 3 lifts, bench-press only, deadlift only or a combination of bench-press and deadlift only called push pull.
- Knee length socks required for anyone deadlifting.
- Tight fitting sports clothes or powerlifting singlet recommended.
- Beats, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves are permitted.
- NO equipment that improves strength may be used.
Check in: Weigh-in for the event will commence at 8am.
Start time: 9:00am.

First Aid: First aid officers will be on site for this event.
Food/Beverage: Food trucks and onsite café will be operating during the event for food and beverages.
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Free vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required.
