Step into the sunshine and onto the terrain for the Pétanque competition. Sometimes called Boules, Pétanque is a target sport, where participants throw metal balls as close as possible to a small wooden ball called a cochonnet or jack while standing inside a circle with both feet on the ground. The game is normally played on hard dirt or gravel.

Competition Structure:
- Round robin format.
- The Pétanque club will provide boules to any participants that require them.
Check in: No later than 30mins prior to the start of the event.
Toilets: Yes.
Change Rooms: No.
First Aid: Basic first aid available, please see your sports coordinator if required.
Food/Beverage: No food is available at the event location.
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Free vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required.
