Weight Categories

Modified Triathlon – 3 events, approx. 40-50 minutes between events.
- All events completed with the same weight (x2 Kettlebells for Long Cycle & Jerk, x1 Kettlebell for Military Snatch
- Competition between 9am – 12pm
- Event 1 – Long Cycle (5 minutes)
- Event 2 – Jerk (5 minutes)
- Event 3 – Military Snatch (12 minutes)
- Presentation 12pm – 12:15pm
Modified Single Bell Pentathlon – 1 event with 5 exercises back to back. 3 minutes ON/3 minutes OFF – all exercises are multiple hand changes.
- Kettlebell weight can be different for each exercise to achieve the highest. possible score.
- Competition between 1pm – 4pm
- Exercise 1 – One Arm Clean
- Exercise 2 – One Arm Long Cycle Press (Clean & Press)
- Exercise 3 – One Arm Jerk
- Exercise 4 – One Arm Half Snatch
- Exercise 5 – One Arm Push Press
- Presentation 4pm – 4:15pm
Check in: No later than 30mins prior to the start of the event.
Toilets: Yes.
Change Rooms: Yes.
First Aid: First aid officers will be on site during the event.
Food/Beverage: Food trucks and onsite café will be operating during the event for food and beverages.
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Free vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required
