• Individuals – Thursday 15/10/2026.
  • Male and Female in the below age categories: 

• • • 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (all age categories will be separated into 5 year increments and continue past 70+ if required)

• Doubles – Friday 16/10/2026.
  • Male, Female and Mixed.

Competition Structure: Groups will be set off in waves.

100m Sandbag Lunges – male 20kgs / female 15kgs

1km Run

200m Farmer Carry – male 2 x 24kgs kettlebells / female 2 x 16kgs kettlebells

1km Run

1000m SkiErg

1km Run

50m Dummy Drag 75kgs

50 Plate Ground to Overhead – male 20kgs / female 15kgs

75m Burpee Broad Jumps

50 Dead Ball Over Shoulder – male 25kgs / female 15kgs

Check in: No later than 30mins prior to the start of the event. 

Toilets: Yes. 

Change Rooms: Yes.

First Aid: First aid officers will be on site during the event. 

Food/Beverage: Food trucks and onsite café will be operating during the event for food and beverages. 

Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue. 

Free vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required.  

Public transport- TransLink bus services run to this location with a short walk to the centre. The nearest train station is Nerang Station, which is about a 23 minute walk. See the TransLink website https://translink.com.au or app to plan your journey.
