Challenge your endurance and test your versatility at the Duathlon, a thrilling multi-sport event combining the grit of running with the speed of cycling. Athletes will tackle a dynamic course featuring two run legs split by a high-paced bike segment, demanding strategy, stamina, and mental toughness. Whether you're racing for a podium finish or personal achievement, this event offers a supportive atmosphere and a rewarding experience for competitors of all levels.

- Sprint: 2.5km run | 20km ride | 5km run
Competition Categories:
- Individual Male and Female in the below age groups:
- 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (all age categories will be separated into 5 year increments and continue past 70+ if required)
The Race Day Lowdown:
- Registration and Transition opens at 2:30pm and closes at 3:30pm.
- Race Brief at 3:30pm.
- Race start: the event will start at 4:00pm.
Check in: No later than 60mins prior to the start of the event.
Start time: 4:00pm.
Toilets: Yes.
Change Rooms: Yes.
First Aid: Basic first aid available, please see your sports coordinator if required.
Food/Beverage: An onsite café will be available to purchase food and beverages from.
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Free vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required.
