Disc Golf is being held at Burchill Park, the first permanent disc golf course for the Gold Coast, consisting of a 12-basket layout with competition size concrete tee pads and professional baskets.

Competitors are encouraged to bring their own discs to the event, however options to hire or purchase starter kits are being sourced and competitors will be able to choose one of these options at their own expense. Sport coordinators will be in contact with competitors closer to the event to arrange this.

Competition Categories:

• Individual Male and Females.
• State teams (teams will be selected on the day based on overall singles scores among each state).

Competition Structure: 

• Singles stroke play. 2 rounds of 18 holes.

• Rules will be in accordance with the PDGA official rules of disc golf https://www.pdga.com/rules/official-rules-disc-golf 

Schedule: 

• 8:30am check in. 
• 9:00am tee off first round of 18 holes. 
• 12:00 – 1:00pm Lunch.  
• 1:00 – 4:00pm Tee off second round of 18 holes. 
• 4:30pm Presentations. 

Check in: No later than 30mins prior to the start of the event.

Toilets: Yes.

Change Rooms: No.

First Aid: Basic first aid available, please see your sports coordinator if required.

Food/Beverage:  No food and beverage is available at this event.

Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue. 

Free vehicle parking is available.
