Cornhole

The Games' newest sport, Cornhole, will be set out on the Hub lawn and is set to be a hotly contested event, and one not to be missed. Players will toss bean bags at a raised platform with a hole, aiming to score points by landing bags on the board or in in the hole.

Date:  Sunday 11 October 2026          Time: 10am – 4pm          Cost: $20

Address: The Hub Lawn, Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre, 296 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Carrara.

Competition Categories: 
  • Doubles – any gender.

Competition structure: 

  • Round Robin. 

Check in: No later than 30mins prior to the start of the event.

Toilets: Yes.

Change Rooms: Yes.

First Aid: First aid officers will be on site during the event.

Food/Beverage: Food trucks and onsite café will be operating during the event for food and beverages.

Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.

 

Free vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required
