Loading Events

Powerlifting is the sport of maximal effort lifting in the squat, bench-press and deadlift.

With 3 attempts at each lift to build the biggest total lifted per weight class.

You can select to do all 3 lifts, bench-press only, deadlift only or a combination of bench-press and deadlift only called push pull.

Running using the rules of World Powerlifting/Powerlifting Australia.

Equipment will be classic RAW meaning no Equipment that improves strength may be used. But beats, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves are permitted.

Knee length socks required for anyone deadlifting.

Tight fitting sports clothes or powerlifting singlet required.

Weight classes for Men’s comp are <80kg, <90kg, <105kg and open. Women are <62.5kg, <72.5kg, <82.5kg and open.

This event is $50 when entered separately from Strongman/Strongwoman or $75 when entered together.
