Nestled in the lush hinterland of Mudgeeraba, Boomerang Farm Bike Park offers one of Queensland’s most exhilarating downhill mountain biking experiences. The track selected for the October 2026 event promises a thrilling descent through dense forest, technical rock gardens, and high-speed berms.
Competition Categories:
- Individual Male and female in the below age categories:

- 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
Course familiarisation:
- Wednesday, 14 October 2026 between 9am and 12 midday.
- The sports coordinator will be on site to answer questions between 9am & 10am.
- Transport to the start line of the DH course will be provided.
Mandatory Protective Equipment:
- Full face helmet.
- Knee coverage or protection.
- Closed-toe shoes.
Recommended Protective Equipment:
- Elbow/forearm coverage or protection.
- Spinal protection.
- Shoulder protection.
- Neck brace.
- Hand protection.
Bike Requirements:
- All bikes must be in good working order.
- We strongly recommend checking brakes, all bolts and bike equipment prior to arriving.
- If your bike is not appropriate or in good working order, they reserve the right to refuse its use in their park.
The following bike equipment is mandatory for all riders:
- Front and rear working disc brakes.
- Front suspension with a minimum 130mm suspension travel.
- Handlebar ends must be capped.

Check in: No later than 30mins prior to the start of the event. The event will commence at 9:00am with a practice/warm up session and the timed racing will commence at 12:00pm.
Toilets: Yes.
Change Rooms: No.
First Aid: Paramedics will be on site for this event.
Food/Beverage: TBC
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Free vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required.
