Get ready to power through the ultimate test of endurance, strength and team spirit at the Indoor Rowing Competition. Whether you’re a seasoned rower or new to the erg, this high-energy event brings athletes of all levels together for a thrilling day of racing.
Date: Wednesday 14 October 2026 Time: 2pm – 7pm Cost: $25 per event (capped at $100)

Competition Categories:
- Individuals- Male and Female in the below age categories:

- 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (all age categories will be separated into 5 year increments and continue past 70+ if required)
- Teams: Mixed Doubles and Mixed Quads.
Competition Structure:
- Indoor Rowing events will be rowed over 200m, 500m & 1000m using Concept II machines.
- Competitors may use the resistance (drag factor) of their choice, but this cannot be changed during the race.
- Weight limits will not be used in this competition.
- Multiple Categories may be in the same race.
Check in: No later than 30mins prior to the start of the event.
Toilets: Yes.
Change Rooms: Yes.
First Aid: First aid officers will be on site during the event.
Food/Beverage: Food trucks and onsite café will be operating during the event for food and beverages.
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Free vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required.
