Competition Categories:
- Individual Male and Females in the below categories:
- 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (all age categories will be separated into 5 year increments and continue past 70+ if required)
Competition Structure:
- 7km event (to be confirmed).
- Event will be run in age and gender categories.
Check in: No later than 30mins prior to the start of the event.
Toilets: Yes.
Change Rooms: Yes.
First Aid: First Aid officers will be on site during the event.
Food/Beverage: An onsite café is available for the purchase of food and beverages.
Getting there: Competitors will need to source and arrange their own transport to this event and venue.
Free vehicle parking is available at the venue with space for buses and minibuses if required.
